Payton Kaftan Top
This top has many uses - it can be worn as a pyjama top, casual day top or swimsuit cover up. I have been known to use it for those occasions, it is the most versatile article of clothing in my wardrobe.
This top has sleeves as I know that there are some women who want a sleeve as they feel more comfortable.
I have also added splits on both so as the fabric does not cling to the hip area.
