Shipping Information

Thank you for purchasing our pyjamas we are committed to customer satisfaction here at Pyjama Women.

Within Australia: A small shipping fee is charged once per order at checkout and your garment is carefully packaged.
International orders: Deliveries outside Australia are shipped via airmail and incur a higher fee - you will be notified at the checkout.

Please read carefully our refund policy below:
  • Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt of an item, if unused, unaltered and in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only — shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If you have some type of special circumstances and you need to send back your items AFTER 30 days, Please call 61 2 9450 2228 these returns will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis.
  • Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days, in the event that you do receive management’s approval for a return outside of 30 days, you will be given a credit only and are valid for one year from date of issue and may be used by calling 61 2 9450 2228 to place an order.

IMPORTANT:

Clearance items MAY NOT be returned or exchanged. There will be no refunds or exchanges given for items marked “NO RETURNS.” If these items are sent back, they will be disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits against those returns. In addition, any items that are returned in used, worn and/or washed condition will be disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits against those returns.

Returns/Exchange Procedure:

All items must be returned, within 7 days, in new condition, unused, unaltered and with original tags attached. Please return items in the original bags in which they were packaged. All garments sold as sets must be returned as sets – no size swapping is allowed. If the correct sizes are not returned together you will not receive credit for the return.

If you wish to return an item please do the following:
  • Complete the section of your order slip which would have arrived with your stock, indicating the item(s) and reason for return. This form must be completed and sent with the returned/exchanged merchandise to receive a refund.
  • Pack items for return along with your order slip in the original packing or a secure carton. All returns must include your customer name and order number in order for your return to be processed.
  • We strongly recommend that you send the package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us in its original condition. Insurance is recommended in the event that damage occurs to the merchandise by the shipping service while in transit. Should return merchandise be received by us that has been damaged, no credit or refund will be issued for the return.
Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once the return has been received and the refund has been completed.

Pyjama Women is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping service provider.
